Routes may vary depending on the trail and weather conditions, with the decision on the day taken by the ride leader. Meet at 09.15 for a 09.30 prompt start. The ride will be at a moderate pace with regular regrouping stops at trail and road junctions and is planned to last for up to three hours.
Riders must wear a hard shell helmet, appropriate clothing for the conditions and have a mountain bike in full working order.

Our 2010 Club Captain John Brooks (07802 754 320) is the person to contact about joining the club and finding out about our range of activities.
The club’s secretary is Richard Rollins (0789 460 8056) who amongst many things looks after all club membership.

Annual membership fee:
- If you are aged over 16 then a solo membership is £20.
- Family membership for two adults based at the same address plus children is £35.
- For riders aged 6-16 years old membership is £10.

- The opportunity to join our trips outside the Chilterns.
Summit MTB is also a registered Go Ride club and offers young members aged between 6-16 coaching, riding and racing activities.
All members must have a properly maintained mountain bike and the correct safety equipment. You must wear a cycling helmet at all times. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your suitability of joining in with club activities.
